Why local matters in this business

Office coffee is a service business pretending to be an equipment business. The machine matters — ours are Italian-made bean-to-cup systems — but what you actually live with is the service: whether the beans arrive before you run out, whether the machine gets properly cleaned or just wiped, and who answers when something breaks at 8 a.m. on a Monday.

The industry is consolidating fast. National operators have been acquiring local vending and coffee companies across Ontario, folding their accounts into centralized dispatch systems. If your coffee service's head office is a thousand kilometres away, your broken machine is a ticket number. Ours is a truck already in your part of town — because Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton aren't the edge of our territory, they're all of it.

How we run the business

One transparent model: you pay per cup, and everything else — machine, installation, water line, beans, weekly cleaning and restocking, repairs — is included. No contracts, because we'd rather keep clients with service than with paperwork. No quote-form pricing games, because a procurement manager's time is worth more than that.

And one honest promise: if we're not the best coffee your workplace has had, the free trial costs you nothing and we take the machine back without a hard feeling.
